Someone i know suffered from chronic flattulance, as in passing gas every minute or so, all day every day, for almost 10 years!!! and lived with this life altering devistating curse from hell with no answers from medical professionals.
get this!!! person found out they were a celiac, yeah, alergic to wheat and glutten! which is in everything man made just about found on your grocery shelfs!!! in everything you eat!!!
this is just siccccccck!!!! to know that this things are knowingly put in our food to keep our economy sick so health care sky rockets!!! people love eating this crap food!!!
AS SOON AS YOU FOLLOW A CELIAC'S DIET..... i.e. no wheat, no glutten, no bread, no beer or alcohol, no grains, no bareley, no hops, ect...... (look for official void list of food for celiac disease)
the only thing you can pretty much eat is, fresh fruit, vedgies, meats, and dairy. nothing else!!! you cant cheat this diet!!! the second you do, your flattuance will come back!! and it takes days to clear your system even if you mess it up by sneaking that brownie or cookie your dying to have!!
I know this sounds hard!! trust me it is!!! but if you can stick to your new diet, and take out ALL wheat and glutten from your diet..... I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL BE THE HAPPIEST PERSON ON THIS PLANET!!!
you will even start to notice other positive changes take place in your body, and brain, and even sleep, and daily energy!!!
its amazing how bad wheat and glutten messes people up and keep them sick for 10 years "like how my friend" suffered!!!

*water, tea, orange juice
*rice
*wheatfree/gluttenfree rice pasta
*potatos
*fruits and vedgies
*tofu
*fish-seafood
*eggs
*meats are okay
(perfer not to eat them)
*dark chocolate
*soy products are good replacement for all dairy
*dairy is deemed okay, but i wont touch it unless its organic(hormones, antibiotics, and pesticides are found in non-organic dairy products which also cause people to be overweight and sick)
*so use organic dairy!! or switch to soy
